Individuals / Seekers

Maybe your addiction recovery is new and raw.  Maybe you’ve held it together for years while old patterns tug you back.  Maybe no one sees how hard you try, or how alone it can feel. We’ll stay steady.

This is trauma-informed recovery coaching, relational, accountable, practical.  We help your nervous system settle, align choices with values, and turn days into doable next steps.  We listen beneath the crisis, then design micro-practices you can live: grounding, cravings strategy, and community rhythms that keep you connected. We add simple structures that reduce friction: relapse-prevention planning, and sober-living routines.

When helpful, we include loved ones so family support reinforces, not derails, your healing journey.  We pace change to your body, not a schedule, and we honor quiet wins, showing up, honesty, asking for help, because repeated, they become identity.

This is recovery coaching rooted in joy, not judgment. In relationship, not isolation. In being known, not “fixed.” In becoming yourself again, at the pace of grace.

Life transitions are part of the work: returning from treatment, rebuilding after loss, career change, repairing trust.  We keep it concrete, clarifying priorities, setting boundaries, and practicing new behaviors until they stick.  You’ll have steady support, clear accountability, and tools you can use today. â€‹â€‹â€‹
