Explore 1:1 Recovery & Life Coaching

What this is

Step into steady, practical, trauma-informed recovery coaching.  We help you build daily structure, calm your nervous system, and make changes that last.  This partnership moves you beyond the role of “addiction” into an identity defined by you and actions that fit you.  Coaching complements therapy by building momentum, accountability, and resilient self-leadership.  Sessions are virtual and available in all markets.

Who this is for

  • People in addiction recovery who want tools, accountability, and support.

  • Individuals in life transitions (post-treatment, career/relationship change, loss) whoneed a plan and steady guidance.

  • Family & friends who want to support without enabling.

  • Clinicians seeking a reliable coaching partner for client follow-through.

What you receive

  • Support that asks not what’s wrong but how do we move ahead to freedom, honoring your history while activating future-focused  actions, with safety and strength.

  • 50-minute sessions weekly or bi-weekly for momentum and accountability.

  • A simple, written plan: priorities, habits, boundaries, next steps.

  • Coping skills for triggers: grounding and craving strategies.

  • Individual-centered plans: recovery goal-mapping, daily practices, relational tools, and life-safety habits.

  • Community & rhythm: routines and connection that keep you on track.

  • Optional family coordination so support reinforces, not derails, your progress.

What transformation looks like

  • Shift from survival to living: your choices, your rituals, your pace.

  • Triggers become signals; feelings become data, not shame.

  • Resilience and emotional intelligence replace crisis as the default.

  • Relational capacity: form, sustain, and repair connection, without losing self, violating boundaries, or shutting down, under real-world stress.

How it works

  • 50-minute Clarity Call → map goals and mutual fit.

  • Start Plan (Week 1) → set 1–3 priorities and a light daily rhythm.

  • Weekly rhythm → meet, practice, adjust with grounded support to make change visible.

Outcomes clients report

  • Less chaos, more calm and structure day to day.

  • Triggers = signals; feelings = data.

  • Stronger boundaries and relationships result in fewer slips/relapses.

  • Return to purpose, community, and joy…at a sustainable pace.

Coaching vs. Therapy (clear line)

Coaching: present-focused skills, structure, and kind accountability for daily life.
Therapy: clinical care for mental-health conditions; diagnosis and treatment.
We’re coaches, not therapists, we don’t diagnose or provide crisis care. When helpful, we coordinate with your therapist so care stays aligned.
