25 years ago, I spent most of my time either feeling guilty for the mistakes I had made in the past, or worrying about what was going to happen in the future.  I lived with an ever present feeling of not good enough, not loved enough and not successful enough.  I was addicted to anything that I thought would make me feel better, and I ran away from anything that I thought would make me feel worse.  I wasn’t living, I was existing, and it was an empty, depressing, hopeless existence.

I somehow knew that there had to be a better way to live than the hell I existed in.  In 1998, the year before I went into recovery, I was inspired to write a Mission Statement for my life:

Moving beyond the illusions of my limiting thoughts and beliefs,

Creating an exciting, joyous, abundant life that I love,

While helping others to do the same.

This mission has been the daily focus of my life for over 26 years (and whatever we focus on grows).  At any given moment, we have a choice.  We can continue to be controlled by our limiting thoughts and beliefs, or we can learn how to let them go.  The more  we can release these lies we have come to believe about ourself, the more joy, peace and love we will naturally feel flowing through the core of our being!

I spent 35 years in sales, marketing and management before I started working in the Treatment Industry.  I built and ran several companies and my greatest passion was creating innovative systems to improve efficiency and productivity.  I have since discovered that helping people learn to release their self-limiting and self-destrucive beliefs, and to create new, more effective, productive and joyful belief systems, is a much more fulfilling passion for me!

Today, I am consciously creating a life that I love, one day at a time.  I am filled with joy, peace and love most of the time, and when fear comes up, I no longer run away from it.  I allow it to surface, I ask it what it is here to teach me, I explore it without judgment and I let go of anything that no longer works in my life.  My Recovery Journey has provided me with the tools and wisdom to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs with compassion, understanding and grace, and my greatest joy is sharing what I have learned with others.

We are all magnificent, infinite, beautiful, Divine Beings, here for a very short time.  Many of us have just forgotten this Truth.  My job is to guide those who are ready, to find their own unique way to create and live a life that they love.  This is not only possible for EVERYONE, it is inevitable for ANYONE who is willing to do the work!
